Must have a strong understanding of local market trends, pricing strategies, and monthly supply and demand data that influence successful outcomes.

★  COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Must provide weekly in-depth, transaction updates and to ensure clear, timely communication throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

★  PROFESSIONAL

Must be a Full-time real estate REALTOR® who is available, accountable, and committed to responding quickly to customers and clients' needs.

★  CHRISTIAN

Must exhibit a Christ-centered approach to business, grounded in biblical values, integrity, prayer, and the guidance of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

★  GIFTED

Must be empowered by the Holy Spirit and committed to continual spiritual growth as they serve clients with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
