Must have at least 5 years of buyer and seller representation, demonstrating the competence and expertise required to achieve exceptional results.

Must have 50% or more of their sales activity within the county they represent, providing valuable insight into neighborhoods, property values, market trends, and community dynamics.

★★★  CONSULTANT

Must have a strong understanding of local market trends, pricing strategies, and monthly supply and demand data that influence successful outcomes.

★★★★  COMMUNICATOR

Must provide weekly in-depth, transaction updates and to ensure clear, timely communication throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

★★★★★  PROFESSIONAL

Must be a full-time real estate REALTOR® who is available, accountable, and committed to responding quickly to customers and clients' needs.
